We know that your patients are your top priority so that's why our program was developed to improve patient compliance and clinical outcomes. We proudly offer our proprietary and copyrighted Out-of-Office Dispensing Program that drives patient engagement and increases practice profitability.
Our program is simple, we credential practices with the Payer Benefit Managers (PBMs) so that the practice can fill the prescriptions that they write and then be reimbursed for those prescriptions, just like any other licensed pharmacy. Features included in our program are: zero upfront cost, turnkey solution, exclusive RX product line, a 95% prescription fill rate, no additional work required by staff, and medications are shipped directly to the patients.
The BeneScripts Model
The program is divided into three segments: Evalution, Credentialing, and Dispensing.
Evaluation
The evaluation period is 30 days. During that time, we will analyze the patient demographics, the PBM mix, and the prescribing habits of you and your team to determine if our program is a good fit for your practice. We also use that time to estimate inventory levels to be maintained should you decide to credential your practice with the PBMs.
Credentialing
Once the evaluation period is complete, your practice will receive the enrollment information to begin credentialing. We will work on your behalf to credential your practice with the PBMs with no out-of-pocket expense. The timeline to go live with the first 30+ PBMs is 10-15 days after the evaluation period is complete. Additionally, we can credential your practice with Express Scripts, the largest PBM with the most coverage, in about 60-90 days.
Dispensing
When the credentialing is complete, all you and your team will need to do is to continue to write prescriptions. We will process and adjudicate all eligible claims with the PBMs and ensure that the medication is promptly shipped to your patient. Payment from the PBMs is typically received within 6-8 weeks after the submission of the claim.
